Financial Aid Dates and Deadlines
Financial aid is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis with priority given to students who complete their application by March 2nd of each year. The school will review your application and may request more information if it is necessary to complete your file. You will receive an award letter once the College has received your Student Aid Report (SAR) from the federal government.

Priority Deadline for FAFSA and CADAA for the 2023-24 Academic Year. Deadline to apply for Cal Grant for Fall 2023 and Spring 2024. To apply for a Cal Grant your FAFSA and CADAA must be submitted by this date. In addition, your GPA Verification must be postmarked no later than March 2nd. Deadline for the Salinas Valley Promise Intent Form. |
| February 21, 2022 | Census for Spring 2022. Your enrollment status on this date will be used to determine your financial aid eligibility. No other adjustments will be made to your financial aid beyond this date unless you withdraw from all classes. If your financial aid is processed after census date your eligibility will be based on your enrollment at the time your file was completed. |
| March 28, 2022 | Deadline to submit a Satisfactory Academic Process (SAP) Appeal for the Spring 2022 term. |
