Hartnell College recognizes that internships and student work experience are gateways to the success of our students. The Transfer and Career Center is available to guide and support students through through career development and employment preparation. 

This site provides information on experiential employment and education opportunities to students and recent alumni through collaboration with the campus community and local employers. This is a valuable opportunity for our students to apply their academic knowledge in the workforce arena and network with their future employers, giving them a further competitive edge.

Job/ Career Fairs  
Every spring semester the Transfer and Career Center hosts a job fair in which local organizations and companies come to campus to seek students and community members to fill internship, part-time, and full-time positions. See our Transfer & Career Center Events & Workshops  section for current planned events.

Additionally, the Career Prep and Placement Services office coordinates internship and job placement fairs throughout the academic year. See Career Prep & Services page for more information.

Monterey Bay Career Connect offers FREE college and career readiness resources to educators and students across the region (Santa Cruz, Monterey, and San Benito Counties), which is sponsored by Monterey Bay Economic Partnership and partners.
